Directly afterwards there was training in cross-gain turning also by Thomas Steindl.
The first part was this bowl.
My first bowl.
For the second part I choose the wood in a way that a part of the bark will stay.
This bowl I fixed inside
Because of the branch the vein is interesting
The finished bowl with the part of bark
The third part should be a bowl with an irregular edge.
The outside part is finished and then the inside part has to be started.
During the work at the inside part.
The finished bowl.
The last part in this training was a big bowl mad from a part ripped part of wood.
The finished outside part.
Because the wood was ripped the bowl must be relatively thick-walled.
My parts mad in for days training.
